well i think its some kind of freek going around town breaking glass, pulling out plants at the libiary 14 times,throwing paper michens and magazines all over in the middle of the night. learking in the darkness. i dont want to say who it is but i think we all know who it is

If you know who you are looking for, which the police do, the resolution is fine. In fact, the resolution is fine for everyone except those that have blurry vision from being stoned. Duh.

The Ojai Cam on top of the theater is completely useless for identifying people, since it broadcasts at a very low resolution.
Looks like they need a security cam inside the Post Office.
